Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, robotics preferred.
• Lean manufacturing and process optimization knowledge.
• CAD software proficiency for jig/fixture design; testing/automation tools
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Effective communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain inventory levels of components and materials.
• Design and implement efficient assembly workflows with automation.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians; ensure safety and best practices.
• Develop jigs and fixtures to streamline assembly and improve precision.
• Establish and enforce quality control protocols; conduct inspections.
• Analyze production data; implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
