Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience assembling precision electromechanical products.

• Experience working with engineers in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build complex electromechanical assemblies including wiring harnesses and sensors.
• Verify assemblies meet mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic quality requirements.
• Prototype through production; support pilot and production builds.
• Assist with basic power-on, calibration, functional testing, and validation of robots.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine assembly methods and improve processes.
• Maintain organized, calibrated tools and production-ready workspaces.
