Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support the general maintenance, upkeep, and operation of the building and facility.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs to facility equipment, machinery, and building systems as assigned.
• Assist with scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and facility-related issues and perform corrective repairs under supervision.
• Assemble carts and other equipment using hand tools and established instructions.
• Clean, organize, repair, and maintain existing carts and equipment.
• Perform cleaning and general housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and organized facility.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external contractors as needed.
