Job summary

DIMENSION MASTER is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Irving, TX to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and upkeep across the property. You’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional hotel environment for guests and team members.

The role includes hands-on maintenance, responding to guest requests, and supporting the team with projects while maintaining safety standards. This position is full-time and hourly.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.

The Role
