Job summary

This role requires reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and working with hand and power tools, with 5 years in industrial maintenance preferred. Safety and NFPA/NEC standards guide daily work.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints.
• Able to use measuring instruments and perform basic failure analysis.
• Understanding of electronic components to troubleshoot and repair.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• 5 years working as an industrial electrician/maintenance or in extrusion environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform self-directed maintenance on machinery and facility equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical panels and other machinery to NFPA/NEC standards.
• Maintain grounds and building exterior; perform electrical, mechanical, carpentry, or HVAC repairs as needed.
• Assist lower-level technicians and lead small teams; participate in training.
• Operate machining tools to make or repair parts when required.
