You will work from diagrams and manuals to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision and a strong emphasis on safety.

The role requires hands-on capability with tools, reading blueprints, and performing root-cause analyses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Understand electronic components to troubleshoot and repair.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to perform arithmetic and interpret graphs.
• 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform self-directed preventive and reactive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
• Repair, test, and recondition machinery and components.
• Set up electrical panels and troubleshoot drives to NFPA/NEC standards.
• Assist and train lower-level technicians and support small teams.
• Operate multiple machining tools to make or repair parts.
• Troubleshoot 480V systems including PLCs and drives.
