Job summary

CAF Management OK LLC - Haven is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities. You’ll handle daily service requests, assist with apartment turns and inspections, and help ensure fast, high‑quality repairs that keep residents comfortable.

This hands‑on role rewards reliability and teamwork. You’ll troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, maintain grounds and common areas, coordinate with vendors, and participate in on‑call rotations as

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to work Saturdays and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HVAC certification or EPA license is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with apartment turns, repairs, and unit inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Help maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas
• Work with vendors and maintenance team to complete larger projects
• Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and company standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory
• Communicate clearly with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction
