RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Creekside Manufactured Homes in Lewisville, Texas. The role covers maintenance of homes and community areas, plus basic repairs for residents, with a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining grounds, and coordinating with the Community Manager. Requires 2+ years' maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license and good driving record.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
• May need to provide your own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager timely and efficiently.
• Promote goodwill by handling contacts with residents and guests politely and professionally.
• Identify deficiencies and take action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds: weeds, plantings, mulch, shrubs, and lawn care.
