WindRiver Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Handyman for Norton Creek and The Timber at Holly Branch to perform general upkeep across vacation rental properties. The role involves basic repairs and routine maintenance to keep buildings safe, clean and functional.

You will work with the maintenance team to address issues from lighting to drywall, support outdoor areas, and ensure quality workmanship while following safety procedures.

Formación

• Basic handyman experience or willingness to learn on the job.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must have own general hand tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Active driver’s license and eligibility to operate company vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, switches and outlets.
• Replace HVAC and water filters on a scheduled basis.
• Patch and repair drywall and interior painting as needed.
• Assist with small renovation and improvement projects.
• Respond to routine maintenance requests and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance storage areas.
