Ayres Vacation Rentals in Tennessee is seeking a Maintenance Technician III / Handyman to support Norton Creek and The Timber at Holly Branch. You will work with the Maintenance Superintendent to handle upkeep, routine maintenance, and general facility support to keep buildings and grounds clean, safe, and functional.

Responsibilities span electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and grounds tasks, with opportunities to assist on small renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Basic handyman experience or willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to identify when a problem is beyond entry-level scope and elevate appropriately.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must have own general hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Complete general maintenance tasks such as replacing bulbs and outlets.
• Reset tripped breakers and report issues to the lead maintenance technician.
• Replace HVAC filters and water filters on a scheduled basis.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains.
• Patch drywall and perform interior painting as needed.
• Read work orders and assist with small renovation projects.
• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
• Provide friendly, professional service in public areas.
