Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in facility maintenance.
• Ability to lead and coordinate maintenance staff.
• Experience with CMMS and BMS/BAS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building needs alongside technicians.
• Coordinate daily work orders, preventive maintenance activities, and campus projects.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff; cover Manager on Duty on weekends.
• Assist in preventive maintenance program development and coordination for campus facilities.
