Courtyard Opryland in Nashville is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the hotel's maintenance team and ensure operations run smoothly. You will oversee day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance, while coaching staff to deliver guest-ready experiences and uphold brand standards.

This hands-on role requires strong organization and collaboration with other departments. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing parts inventory, and driving improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel.
• Motivate, train, and develop team members to high standards.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and Marriott brand standards are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to complete repairs on schedule.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC and other systems.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance office and storage areas.
• Communicate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to keep rooms in like-new condition.
• Lead hotel renovations and other projects within budget.
