Job summary

Atrium Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Nashville, TN to oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities at the community. You will coach and manage a team of technicians, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely, budget-conscious completion of work.

The role reports to the Property Manager and emphasizes teamwork and customer service. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call duties; compensation ranges from $29 to $37.50 per hour, with eligible

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• EPA Universal / HVAC certification is required.
• Experience managing work orders, make-readies, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and Fair Housing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the completion of all service requests, including assisting techs as applicable.
• Supervise, train, develop and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
• Inspect community continuously, recording and correcting deficiencies.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to minimize disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations.
