Job summary

Hyatt House Nashville seeks a Maintenance Technician for the evening shift on a part-time basis. The role involves repairs, routine maintenance, and coordinating with regional staff to maintain guest areas and building systems.

You will perform equipment repairs, track PMs, and manage daily maintenance operations while ensuring safety and compliance with local regulations. Weekend availability is required to support hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle all equipment repairs and coordinate with vendors for bids and approvals.
• Submit warranty submittals to corporate maintenance staff.
• Complete monthly maintenance inventory and submit supply orders.
• Conduct room preventiveMaintenance (PMs) with maintenance personnel.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and respond promptly.
