Job summary

St. Anthony of Padua Parish – Parma is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the parish rectory, church, school buildings and grounds, ensuring every facility remains safe, functional, and ready for use.

The role reports to the Business Manager, offers 40–50 hours per week with varied hours, and includes pension and medical benefits through the Cleveland Diocese. Candidates must have hands-on maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and designated asbestos management

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across buildings and grounds.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for safety and operation.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and on weekends.
• Oversee projects and maintenance staff with guidance from the Business Manager.
• Coordinate supplies, purchases, and maintenance logs.
