Job summary

You will supervise technicians, coordinate bids, schedule preventative maintenance, and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies. Experience in property maintenance is required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; college degree is a plus but not required.
• Ability to fluently read and write English.
• Four years minimum experience as supervisor in community maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in company training classes and meetings; ensure service staff receive appropriate training.
• Organize, prioritize and ensure service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and community features daily to maintain curb appeal.
• Oversee turnkey operations; ensure vacant units are rent-ready quickly.
• Perform turn-key work as required and ensure make-readies are inspected.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain knowledge of local/state codes for permitting and pool regulations.
• Maintain safety training and MSDS binder; manage staff scheduling and safety.
