Campbell Property Management in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee HOA maintenance operations. You will lead the maintenance team, schedule daily tasks, perform hands-on repairs, and coordinate with contractors to keep common areas, facilities, and equipment in excellent condition.

The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and the ability to respond quickly to urgent issues.

Formación

• Strong hands-on maintenance skills and reliable performance.
• Proven leadership abilities managing a maintenance team.
• Experience coordinating daily maintenance operations for HOA communities.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Assign work orders, monitor progress, ensure quality and safety.
• Perform repairs and troubleshoot as needed.
• Oversee common areas, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to reduce failures.
• Manage basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and verify satisfactory work.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and communicate purchasing needs.
• Keep accurate records of work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure safety procedures and HOA policies are followed.
• Respond to urgent issues and assist with emergency repairs.
