Job summary

ClearBridge Executive Search is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Mequon, WI. The role demands strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical expertise, with responsibility for predictive and preventive maintenance programs and uptime improvements.

You will develop KPIs, lead technicians, review equipment condition, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliability and cost control.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and industrial skills.
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Reliability-driven mindset focused on preventive maintenance and uptime.
• Experience with CMMS optimization: scheduling, reporting, and workflow improvements.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
• Drive quality initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent repeat issues.
• Review and monitor rotating equipment conditions.
• Develop, implement, and manage KPIs.
• Participate in equipment design to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering sketches.
• Create and present reports detailing maintenance activities, equipment status, shutdown planning, and cost control.
• Lead and develop technicians while holding teams accountable to performance standards.
