Job summary

Tailored Label Products, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager in Menomonee Falls, WI, on-site. The role leads one maintenance technician and oversees equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and facility systems across the plant.

You will manage major printing and finishing equipment, drive 6S initiatives, and coordinate audits with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. Previous flexographic experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage maintenance activities and develop the maintenance technician with feedback and data.
• Prioritize breakdowns, projects, and preventive maintenance to keep production running.
• Design and maintain preventive maintenance program using MaintainX CMMS.
• Maintain and upgrade printing and finishing equipment and packaging machines.
• Lead 6S program and ensure a safe, organized workspace.
• Oversee facility infrastructure, safety procedures, and audits.
