Job summary

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is seeking a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Allen, TX. You will lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities and ensure the property runs smoothly.

This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems, plus completing apartment turns and responding to resident work orders. The ideal candidate has prior lead or supervisor experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Lead Maintenance, Maintenance Supervisor, or Senior Maintenance Technician.
• Apartment/multifamily maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance throughout the property
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and work orders
• Inspect vacant units and ensure they are ready for new residents
• Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate repairs
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed
• Maintain inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment
• Assist with training and directing maintenance team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained property
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
