Job summary

Revised Personnel Staffing is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations at an apartment community in Allen, TX. You will lead a maintenance team, diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance issues, and ensure work is completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance is required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general apartment repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and prioritize work orders.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or lead a team.
• Must have the tools and practical skills necessary to perform maintenance duties, as required by the property.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily maintenance operations and service requests.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Oversee apartment make-ready tasks, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Assign and monitor work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Assist with training and guiding maintenance team members.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and property maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with property management regarding repairs, supply needs, and maintenance concerns.
• Ensure vacant units are ready for new residents in a timely manner.
