Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and general building systems.
• Lead, train, and coordinate a maintenance technician team to complete work orders efficiently.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and address them proactively.
• Manage unit turns — preparing vacant units for move-in, including painting, cleaning coordination, and punch list completion.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Communicate professionally with residents regarding service requests and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and equipment service history.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Ensure the property is always safe, clean, and well-maintained.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community in top shape — leading hands-on maintenance operations while supporting and mentoring a small maintenance team. What You’ll Do
