Job summary

The Crawford in Euless, TX is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Director to blend hands-on maintenance with people leadership. You will supervise maintenance tasks, respond to service requests, and ensure resident satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of full-time apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications are required.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; basic hand tools
• Able to read service requests and communicate in English
• Basic computer skills and scheduling familiarity

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading maintenance team.
• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management Program and Safety Programs.
