Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a proactive Community Director in Euless, TX to manage, market, and maintain the Crawford community. You will lead a high-performing team, oversee budgeted operations, lease and market the property, and ensure outstanding resident relations while upholding safety and company standards.

The role requires 2-4 years of on-site experience, familiarity with Yardi, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work weekends or emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of on-site management operations knowledge.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Able to work weekends and emergencies as needed.
• Able to travel within metropolitan areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members.
• Create and monitor property’s operations budget.
• Lease the community.
• Market the community.
• Maintain positive resident relations.
• Oversee make-ready process.
• Oversee service request process.
• Oversee accounts receivable process.
• Maintain accounts payable.
• Review and approve payroll.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Implement and maintain the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
