Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall physical condition of the community.
• Perform routine inspections of building, grounds, common areas, and equipment.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Respond to resident room maintenance requests promptly while protecting privacy and dignity.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors; track work and approvals.
• Maintain safety procedures; ensure emergency equipment and safety systems are inspected.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
