Qualifications

• At least 6 months in production/manufacturing or similar environment.
• Able to stand for the full shift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tasks.
• Commitment to safety rules and PPE usage on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, clean, and prepare materials for production use.
• Inspect materials and components for quality before loading into machines.
• Load and unload materials into production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Operate a variety of production machines and tools per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and routine checks on machinery.
