Job summary

ThekineticGroup in Arkansas is seeking a production associate to tend machines, load materials, and ensure process integrity under supervision. You will follow work instructions, maintain a clean work area, and document process records.

Safety is paramount; you will wear PPE, attend meetings, and complete Hazardous Waste Management training within six months. A High School diploma or GED and basic English/computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read and write in English sufficient to communicate with team and supervision.
• Basic personal computer skills to navigate menus and print documents.
• Hazardous waste management training as required within six months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Tends one or more machines or processes at the direction of the supervisor.
• Transports raw material, semi-finished and finished goods to insure efficient flow.
• Loads raw materials into machines or work surfaces and processes materials.
• Maintains process records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and follows safety rules and PPE requirements.
