DJ's Landscape Management is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader in Grand Rapids, MI. This role leads crews handling mulch installation, pruning, bed edging, and more, while also performing hands-on landscape tasks. You will direct and develop crews, operate equipment, and uphold safety standards in the field.

The position emphasizes leadership with practical field work and opportunities for professional growth, hands-on responsibilities, and ongoing training within the landscaping team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the green industry and/or supervisory experience is preferred for Crew Leader position
• Requires a Chauffeur's license (or the ability to obtain one)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.
