DJ's Landscape Management in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Tree Care Crew Leader to guide a crew in delivering high-quality tree care for commercial properties. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork, with training provided on our methods and equipment.

You'll lead pruning, planting, and basic tree labor, operate equipment like chainsaws and chippers, and coordinate with clients and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with landscaping experience.
• Ability to lead a crew safely and efficiently.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License; Michigan CDL training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crew to complete daily work safely.
• Perform tree pruning, removals, planting, and basic tree laborer services.
• Operate equipment safely and coordinate tool usage.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.
