Air Comfort, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to guide a small crew in maintaining landscape properties to contract standards. You will mow, trim, edge, and oversee equipment use while delivering quality service to clients.

You’ll lead by example, keep the team productive, and own the work from start to finish, with opportunities to grow in a hands-on outdoor role that values attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in mowing and using handheld tools.
• Ability to work days and weekends occasionally.
• Valid driver's license.
• Chauffeur's License and Valid Medical Examiners Certificate are a plus.
• Positive attitude.
