Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader in the Boston area to lead field crews on landscape installation and maintenance projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, site inspections, and a focus on safety and efficiency across planting, irrigation, and soil management tasks.

The ideal candidate has experience supervising 2+ person crews and at least one year in lawn care, with a proven ability to read site drawings and coordinate equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Two years of landscape install experience.
• One year minimum managing a 2+ person crew.
• At least one year in lawn care and landscaping; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attaining efficiency and client standards.
• Conducting site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control.
• Driving and maintaining our vehicles, train personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, and handle schedules, and review charts and reports.
