Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites. You will manage a 2–5 member crew, ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView quality standards across maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color, and chemical applications.

You will supervise service lines, maintain client satisfaction through strong team leadership, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to optimize performance and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience supervising a crew of 2–5 at client sites.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and efficiency on landscape projects.
• Valid driver license and experience with landscape equipment are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met
• Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to Operations Manager
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies
• Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded
• Deliver services as specified on client sites
• Identify more efficient ways to perform work
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew
• Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew members
• Help develop and train crew members
• Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed
• Participate in branch meetings as directed
• Accurately capture and turn in crew time logs
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles
