Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead the Enterprise Applications and Application Development teams. The role focuses on mentorship, platform specialization, and driving IT operations to deliver reliable customer experiences.

The successful candidate will oversee SAFe delivery, manage staffing, and ensure changes are deployed with proper governance in a fast-paced environment, while upholding an ALL IN culture and safety first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a software application development or engineering team with direct people management.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, UKG, HubSpot, or comparable ERP/CRM/HCM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct people leadership to the Enterprise Applications and Application Development team, including performance management and hiring.
• Owns the transition of the team from a generalist model to a specialist model aligned to platform domains.
• Owns technical design standards and solution quality across enterprise application builds (NetSuite, UKG, connected systems).
• Collaborates with Product Owners to translate backlog items into sprint commitments and manage capacity tradeoffs.
• Manages delivery execution within the SAFe agile model, including sprint planning and velocity reporting.
• Coordinates with IT and field teams to ensure enterprise changes are deployed and monitored with change standards.
• Escalates staffing, capacity, and platform risk with clear tradeoffs.
