Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Information Technology Lead to oversee a national ACAT 1 program using SAFe and model-based systems engineering. You will lead a team of IT professionals, align projects with strategic goals, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

The role requires strong leadership, deep IT operations experience, and a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. You will drive architecture, design, development, testing, and documentation while ensuring security, reliability, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field with 20+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Minimum 12 years IT experience, including 8 years in IT management.
• Experience leading system administrators and IT staff.
• Experience delivering IT projects using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.
• Experience on large-scale programs with technology assessments and capability roadmaps.
• Ability to collaborating effectively across internal teams and customer organizations.
• Capability to operate under demanding restraints while meeting milestones.
• Experience briefing senior leadership on IT strategies and solutions.
• Experience in Agile development and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent planning, prioritizing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and evaluate IT staff and professionals.
• Ensure availability, reliability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate and prioritize IT projects to ensure timely delivery.
