Job summary

Testronic seeks a motivated Associate IT Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations and mentor a team of IT Technicians. The role blends hands-on technical support with leadership, training, and operational management to deliver excellent service across the organization.

The successful candidate combines technical expertise with strong communication and coaching abilities to drive continuous improvement, oversee the help desk, and support infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.
• 2
• 3+ years mentoring or supervising junior technicians is desirable.
• Proficient with Windows OS, AD, Office 365/Exchange, networking, and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and mentor IT Technicians in daily operations.
• Provide coaching to improve technical knowledge and customer service skills.
• Develop support staff and promote best practices within the team.
• Oversee IT Help Desk, prioritize incidents, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Manage hardware, software, networking, and user access issues.
• Document procedures and maintain incident logs in the helpdesk system.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and change management.

Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field
