Job summary

LHH in the Greater Milwaukee area is seeking an IT Manager to own the technology environment in a fast‑growing financial services setting. This role is hands‑on and high visibility, with responsibility for MSP management, security, and daily IT operations.

The position is hybrid with on‑site needs in Mukwonago, offering a six‑figure base salary and a strong benefits package. You will communicate with executives, vendors, and end users to drive IT improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT experience in a small to midsized organization.
• Experience managing or partnering with an MSP or outsourced IT provider.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, endpoints, identity/access and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal IT contact and owner for technology.
• Manage MSP performance, escalations and project delivery.
• Support Microsoft 365, endpoints, networking, identity/access and security.
• Troubleshoot on-site and hands‑on IT issues when needed.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, equipment and access management.
• Collaborate with leadership and vendors on cybersecurity and incident response.
• Improve IT documentation, standards, policies, and disaster recovery.
