Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on IT experience with 1–2 years in a lead role
• Deep firewall and network security experience with enterprise devices
• Strong multi-site networking, DNS, subnets, and VPN
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux-based appliances
• Ability to write automation scripts and integrate AI tools
• On-site, no remote option

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small IT team, manage ticketing, priorities, and deliver hands-on IT work
• Administer and optimize network infrastructure across office and field sites
• Manage systems environments (Google Workspace, Windows, Unix/Linux) and endpoints
• Drive vulnerability management program and security best practices
• Develop automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to streamline workflows
• Provide field-site connectivity support and ensure job-site networks stay online
• Serve as escalation point for outages and security events, reporting to CTO
