Job summary

KLA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Operations & Modernization Lead to steer global network operations and drive modernization across campus, data center, cloud, WAN, and remote environments.

In this role you will improve reliability and automate services, coordinating with Cyber Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams while guiding strategic planning and technology investments for future network capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise networking experience.
• 5+ years leading global network operations or engineering teams.
• Experience with Cisco technologies and network automation.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, WAN, SD‑WAN, cloud networking, and network security.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network operational excellence by improving service reliability, availability, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvements in network connectivity across campuses, manufacturing sites, data centers, cloud environments, and remote users.
• Identify and execute network modernization opportunities, including automation, cloud networking, SD‑WAN, and infrastructure lifecycle upgrades.
• Partner closely with Cyber Security teams to align network architecture with security standards, segmentation, compliance requirements, and risk reduction initiatives.
• Develop and implement automation and operational efficiency programs to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
• Communicate network strategy, operational health, modernization progress, and business impact to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives involving Network, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
• Support strategic planning and roadmap development for future network capabilities and technology investments.
