Job summary
KLA, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing solutions, seeks an experienced Enterprise Network Operations & Modernization Lead in Milpitas, CA. You will guide global network operations, drive modernization, and ensure secure, scalable services across campus, data centers, cloud, WAN, and remote environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of enterprise networking experience.
- 5+ years leading global network operations or engineering teams.
- Experience with Cisco technologies, networking automation, and enterprise monitoring platforms.
- Proven experience leading network modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise network operational excellence by improving service reliability, availability, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvements in network connectivity across campuses, manufacturing sites, data centers, cloud environments, and remote users.
- Identify and execute network modernization opportunities, including automation, cloud networking, SD-WAN, and lifecycle upgrades.
- Partner with Cyber Security teams to align network architecture with security standards and risk reduction.
- Develop and implement automation and operational efficiency programs to reduce manual effort.
- Communicate network strategy and modernization progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Network, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
- Support strategic planning and roadmap development for future network capabilities.
