Team Select Home Care seeks an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and hands-on support a hybrid cloud/on-premises environment in Phoenix. You will guide the infra team, manage incidents, and drive reliability, security, and scalable operations across servers, networks, and third-party integrations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and vendors to implement upgrades, monitor systems, and ensure HIPAA-aligned practices. Strong leadership and hands-on technical skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure (cloud and on-prem).
• Experience leading/supervising technical teams preferred.
• Healthcare/ HIPAA experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, Nutanix, backups, monitoring tools required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure team supporting cloud-based and hyperconverged on-premises systems.
• Provide technical direction, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee design, implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Hands-on escalation point for complex infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud, and integrations.
• Coordinate infrastructure projects and upgrades with vendors and stakeholders.
• Maintain infrastructure monitoring, patching, backups, DR, and documentation.
• Support IT security, HIPAA compliance, and licensing needs.
