Job summary

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is seeking an IT Hardware Technician for its Onalaska, WI facility. This hands-on role tests, diagnoses, and processes a range of IT hardware, including servers, networking gear and Apple devices, in a fast-paced production environment.

You will use hand tools and ERP software, document results, and help drive continuous improvement. High school diploma required; compensation is $22.75-$27.00 per hour with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Test, diagnose, and process a variety of IT hardware
• Hands-on work with servers, networking gear, and Apple devices
• Operate hand tools and software to track material and production results

Responsibilities

• Process IT hardware and production material per defined procedures to meet production goals
• Work with Apple devices, servers, networking equipment, and other electronics
• Perform advanced IT hardware diagnostics to identify, analyze, and resolve complex hardware issues
• Document and maintain production results using ERP systems and other software applications
