Job summary

Asahi America, located in Lawrence, MA, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Operations/Warehouse team. The role covers receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of products in a fast-paced facility.

The position requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, forklift experience/resources, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be able to work full-time, Monday–Friday, with safety and OSHA compliance as priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Accurately stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training/certification required).
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions using warehouse management or ERP systems.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and quality procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse and distribution duties as assigned.
