Hillyard, Inc. in East Hartford, CT is seeking an Installation & Sales Support Specialist to work with our customers and Sales team in the field. You will install dispensers, demonstrate products, and learn how our solutions address facility challenges.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, dependable, and comfortable with customers.
• Willingness to learn sales and product knowledge.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot basic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install soap, chemical, and other dispensing systems at customer locations.
• Use basic hand tools to complete installations and minor adjustments.
• Coordinate and schedule customer installations.
• Keep installation tools, supplies, and materials organized and ready for use.
• Work directly with customers while providing friendly, professional service.
• Assist the Sales team with customer demonstrations, field workshops, and product education.
• Transport and set up equipment for demonstrations at customer locations.
• Assist with floor coatings and refinishing projects.
• Learn about commercial cleaning equipment and evaluate equipment condition and customer needs.
• Support warehouse and Sales operations as needed.
