This onsite role involves routine preventive maintenance and basic repairs, under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager to keep operations safe and efficient. The ideal candidate has hands-on industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot routine issues.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems preferred.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage day-to-day maintenance priorities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical equipment issues.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with larger or more complex repairs and maintenance projects.
• Respond to equipment issues and help minimize production downtime.
• Perform basic repairs and adjustments to machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Inspect equipment to identify wear, damage, or potential maintenance concerns.
• Replace worn or damaged components as needed.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, and modifications.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance work areas.
• Document completed maintenance and repairs as required.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform general facility maintenance as needed.
• Other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
