Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a high-volume aluminum manufacturing facility in Phoenix.

You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment and perform preventative maintenance on production lines. The ideal candidate has hands-on repair skills, can read blueprints and electrical schematics, and works independently to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Hands-on industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Maintain and repair aluminum extrusion presses and supporting equipment.
• Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other rotating equipment.
• Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems, cylinders, valves, and components.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and follow safety procedures.
