Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep the Singles Assembly line running. You will set up equipment, monitor performance, troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and perform on-the-spot machining as tooling needs attention.

You’ll work with operators and engineers to minimize downtime, conduct predictive maintenance, and ensure parts stay within specification through SPC-based adjustments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, technical experience preferred.
• Hands-on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problem solving.
• Experience with SPC or data-driven process adjustments is a plus.
• Forklift certification and safe operation are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up production machines to meet quality and throughput targets.
• Maintain plant structures, utilities, and hydraulic systems across equipment.
• Diagnose and repair production equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Conduct machining/bench ops to modify tools, dies, fixtures, or gauges as needed.
• Operate a forklift and collaborate with operators and engineers to prioritize work.
