Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks an industrial maintenance technician to diagnose faults and execute precise repairs across production equipment. You will follow supervisor directions, complete PMs, and record work details while maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Diagnose faults and perform precise repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Follow safety policies including LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space and Environmental rules.
• Complete run-time and down-time PMs to prevent failures.

Responsibilities

• Tackle repairs on diverse equipment and facility systems quickly and professionally.
• Pinpoint defective components, determine causes and restore operation.
• Record time and task details via work orders and update supervisors daily.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and tools; collaborate across departments.
