Qualifications

• Hands-on industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong diagnostics for hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Experience servicing motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, and pumps.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment across production areas.
• Own preventative and predictive maintenance to keep lines stable and efficient.
• Maintain and repair aluminum extrusion presses and their supporting systems.
• Diagnose issues with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other rotating assets.
• Evaluate hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, including cylinders, valves, and related components.
• Use a multimeter and electrical schematics to track down and resolve electrical faults.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics to plan work.
• Execute changeovers, adjustments, installations, and corrective repairs.
• Complete PMs and record maintenance activities accurately and promptly.
• Respond rapidly to unplanned downtime to minimize production interruption.
• Follow plant safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
