Job summary

Tec Centro – Capital Region seeks an Electro-Mechanical / Industrial Maintenance Instructor to deliver hands-on training for students preparing for careers in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, and automation in Central Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate has extensive industry experience, excellent communication, and a passion for mentoring learners in a hands-on environment. Teaching experience is preferred but not required, and safety is emphasized throughout the program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in industrial maintenance or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical training across classroom, laboratory, demonstration, and hands-on instruction.
• Cover core industrial maintenance and electro-mechanical skills as part of a structured curriculum.
• Adapt content to employer needs, student skill levels, equipment availability, and changing workforce requirements.
