Responsibilities include learning facilitation, assessment, curriculum development, classroom management, team collaboration, and industry engagement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Automated Manufacturing, Electro-Mechanical, or related field is required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of two (2) years full-time (or 4,000 total hours if part-time) of occupational experience in the program area, with at least one year (2,000 hours) in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning using instructional strategies and multiple delivery methods (hybrid, in-person, virtual, online).
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback to improve persistence, retention and course success.
• Develop and revise curriculum and instructional materials to align with industry expectations and program standards.
• Manage classroom logistics, attendance, grades, safety, and equipment access.
• Engage in division and team activities, recruitment efforts, and community engagement to promote programs.

Education

Associate’s Degree in Automated Manufacturing, Electro-Mechanical, or related field

Bachelor’s degree preferred
